Switching between monthly and annual billing

Both the Starter and Pro plans can be billed monthly or annually, and you can move between the two whenever you like. Annual billing saves you roughly two months per year compared to paying monthly. You manage all of this from your billing page.

To get started, go to your billing page at liinks.co/i/admin/profile/billing. Your current plan and billing cycle are shown at the top, along with the date of your next payment.

Switching from monthly to annual

If you're on monthly billing, you'll see a Switch to Annual button that also shows how much you'll save per year.

  • Click Switch to Annual and confirm.
  • The change takes effect right away. The unused portion of your current month is credited toward the annual charge, so you're never double-charged.
  • If you're still in your free trial, you'll move to annual billing immediately and won't be charged until the trial ends.

Switching from annual to monthly

If you're on annual billing, you'll see a Switch to Monthly button. How this takes effect depends on whether you're still in your trial:

  • On a free trial: the switch happens immediately, and your monthly price kicks in once the trial ends.
  • On a paid annual plan: you keep your annual plan and pricing until the end of your current term, then move to monthly billing on your next payment date. You don't lose any of the time you've already paid for.

When you schedule a switch to monthly, your billing page shows a banner confirming the date the change will take effect.

Changed your mind?

If you've scheduled a switch to monthly but want to stay on annual, click Keep Annual Billing in that banner before your renewal date. Your subscription continues on annual billing as if nothing changed.
