Create customizable QR codes that link to your Liinks profile or any external URL. QR codes are great for print materials, business cards, event signage, and more.
How to create a QR code
- Go to the QR Codes tab in your admin dashboard.
- Click Create QR Code.
- Choose the QR code type:
- Page — Links directly to your Liinks profile.
- URL — Links to any custom URL you specify.
- Customize the appearance (see below).
- Save your QR code.
Every account comes with a primary QR code that links to your profile and cannot be deleted. You can create additional QR codes as needed.
Customization options
Pattern style
Choose from four visual patterns for your QR code:
- Circle — Rounded dot pattern (default).
- Square — Traditional square pattern.
- Stripe — Striped pattern.
- Basic — Full/solid pattern.
Colors
- Foreground Color — The color of the QR code dots (default: black).
Border
- Border Radius — Adjust the corner roundness of the QR code border.
- Border Width — Adjust the thickness of the border around the QR code.
Center logo
Upload a custom image or logo to display in the center of your QR code for additional branding.
QR code analytics
Track how many times each QR code has been scanned. Click the analytics icon next to any QR code to open its analytics, where you'll see the scan count over time plus a Scan breakdown showing:
- Scan locations — The countries your scans are coming from.
- Scan devices — Whether people scanned on mobile, desktop, or tablet.
Location and device data for scans started being collected on June 13, 2026, so these breakdowns fill in over time and won't include older scans.
Dynamic QR codes
All Liinks QR codes are dynamic — you can change the destination URL at any time without needing to regenerate or reprint the code. This is especially useful for printed materials where the QR code can't be changed.
Pricing
QR codes are included with every plan. If you created your account before November 2023, you may have legacy access to this feature.
