The Media Gallery is a centralized place to manage and reuse images across your Liinks page. Instead of re-uploading the same image every time, you can save images to your gallery and select them whenever you need one.
Uploading images
There are two ways to add images to your gallery:
- From any image field — whenever you upload an image to a block, header, or background, it's automatically saved to your gallery for future use.
- From within the gallery — click the + tile in the gallery to upload a new image directly.
Selecting from the gallery
Anywhere you see an image upload field, you'll find an or choose from gallery link below the upload area. Click it to open the Media Gallery, then click any image to apply it.
You can search for images by name using the search bar at the top of the gallery.
Renaming images
Click on an image's name label to rename it. Press Enter to save or Escape to cancel. Giving your images descriptive names makes them easier to find later.
Deleting images
Hover over an image and click the trash icon in the top-right corner to remove it from your gallery. This only removes the image from the gallery — it won't affect any places where the image is already in use.
Team sharing (Pro plan)
If you're on an Pro plan, admins can share gallery images with all team profiles:
- Admins — hover over any image in your gallery and click the team icon in the top-left corner to share or unshare it. Shared images appear in your team profiles' galleries automatically.
- Team profiles — shared images from your admin appear alongside your own uploads in the gallery, marked with a team icon. You can select and use them just like your own images.
Team-shared images are managed by the admin account. If admin ownership is transferred, shared images transfer to the new admin automatically.
