Team Level Custom Domains

Last updated: February 8, 2026

Note: This feature is only available on our Pro plan

With a Pro (Team) or Agency plan, you can connect custom domains not just to your admin profile, but to any profile managed within your team. This allows each team member or client to have their own branded URL.

How it works

Team-level custom domains work the same way as standard custom domains — each profile in your team can have its own unique domain or subdomain pointed to it.

Setting up a team domain

  1. Log in to your Admin (team owner) profile.
  2. Navigate to the Settings tab.
  3. Scroll to the Custom Domains section.
  4. Select which profile the domain should be connected to.
  5. Follow the standard custom domain setup instructions to configure your DNS records.

Tips

  • Each managed profile can have its own separate custom domain.
  • You can use subdomains of a single domain for different team members (e.g., alice.yourbrand.com, bob.yourbrand.com).
  • Domain management and billing are handled through the admin account.
  • If you remove a profile from your team, the custom domain connection will need to be reconfigured.
