Integrating a Facebook Pixel ID on your page

This feature is only available on our Premium plan.

Once you have added your Facebook Pixel ID to your page, the Facebook Pixel will be fired every time someone visits your Liinks page and every time someone clicks on any of your links. You can then use these events on Facebook for conversion tracking and remarketing.

When set up properly, the following pixel events will fire:

  • On every Liinks page view - the standard PageView event will fire.
  • On every link click - a custom LinkClick event will fire. This custom event will include some extra data:
    • url - the URL of the link that was clicked.
    • category - will have a value of link or social depending on which type of link was clicked. A value of social refers to clicks on the social icons on the top of your profile. A value of link refers to any other link clicked on your page.

You can use these events in your Facebook Ads Manager for conversion tracking, building custom audiences, and remarketing campaigns.

How to Set Up Your Facebook Pixel

  1. Get your Facebook Pixel ID — If you don't already have a Pixel ID, go to Facebook Events Manager and create a new pixel. Your Pixel ID is a numeric string (e.g. 123456789012345).

  2. Navigate to Settings — In your Liinks admin dashboard, go to the Settings tab.

  3. Find the Facebook Pixel section — Scroll down to the Facebook Pixel section.

  4. Enter your Pixel ID — Paste your Facebook Pixel ID into the text field and click Save.

  5. Verify it's working — Visit your Liinks profile page, then check your Facebook Events Manager to confirm that events are being received. You can also use the Facebook Pixel Helper Chrome extension to verify the pixel is firing correctly.

Once configured, the pixel will automatically track PageView and LinkClick events on your profile — no additional setup needed.
