By enabling the Liinks AI Chat feature, you agree to the following terms:

Overview

AI Chat is a beta feature that adds an AI-powered chatbot to your Liinks profile. The chatbot is trained on your profile data — including your bio, links, and business description — and can answer questions from your visitors.

How AI Chat uses your data

  • The AI chatbot reads your profile bio, link titles and URLs, social links, and any business description you provide in the AI Chat settings.
  • Visitor conversations are processed using third-party AI services (OpenAI).
  • Conversation data is used to generate responses and is not stored permanently.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile data and business description that the AI uses to generate responses.
  • You should monitor the AI's responses periodically to ensure they align with your brand and messaging.
  • The AI may occasionally generate inaccurate or unexpected responses. Liinks is not liable for AI-generated content.

Visitor experience

  • Visitors can ask the chatbot questions about your profile and links.
  • The chatbot may recommend specific links from your profile when relevant.
  • Responses are generated in real-time and are limited in length.

Beta status

AI Chat is currently in beta. Features, capabilities, and terms may change as the feature evolves. By using this feature, you acknowledge that it is still under development.

Disabling AI Chat

You can disable AI Chat at any time from the AI Chat section in your admin dashboard. When disabled, the chat badge will be removed from your profile and visitors will no longer be able to interact with the chatbot.
