By participating in the Liinks Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Liinks reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account for any reason. Commissions earned in violation of our Terms of Service will not be paid.
Commission Structure
Affiliates receive 50% commission on the first six payments from users who upgrade to a Premium plan via their referral link.
Key details:
- Cookies expire after 30 days.
- If a customer is referred by multiple affiliates, the commission goes to the last affiliate who referred them before signup.
- Subsequent upgrades after a downgrade do not qualify for additional commissions.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Self-referrals — You cannot refer yourself or your own accounts.
- Cookie stuffing — Artificially placing affiliate cookies without genuine referrals.
- Spam — Sending unsolicited emails containing affiliate links.
- Misleading content — Creating content with false or misleading information about Liinks pricing or features.
- Brand bidding — Running Google AdWords campaigns on brand or non-brand keywords that direct to affiliate pages.
- Impersonation — Representing yourself as a Liinks employee or official representative.
Payment Terms
- Payouts are processed monthly on the 1st via PayPal.
- You must provide a valid PayPal email address to receive commissions.
- You are responsible for your own tax obligations related to affiliate earnings.
