Create a page
Once you sign in, you will see your account dashboard. The dashboard defaults to the “My Page” tab, which is where you will build and publish your page. There are two tabs for creating your page - “Content” and “Design.” We’ll start with “Content.”
Click the “Social links” tab to add your social media pages from dozens of platforms. Showcasing more than just your social media profiles? Liinks uses a simple “block” system to help you quickly build your page. You can add as many or as few blocks as you like.
You can quickly create a block by clicking on one of the blue circles containing a “+” or clicking the “Create a block” arrow in the “Checklist” area.
Liinks gives you numerous options to build and customize your profile. Click “Link” to add a block containing a link to what you want visitors to see - for example, your website or bio link. To complete your link block, add the URL or email address, link title, description, and layout. You can also enhance your link block with animation and custom styles, which may be premium features.
Want to add media, such as audio or video, directly to your profile? Click the “media” button, and you can embed media from YouTube, Vimeo, Apple Music, Soundcloud, Spotify, Twitch, and many others - just by pasting the URL.
You have other options for styling and adding content to your page, too. The “Text” option lets you add text content to your profile, giving you the chance to tell your story. The Instagram scraper automatically pulls links from Instagram post descriptions.
Add a “Mailing list” block to collect visitors’ email addresses and sync them to Mailchimp. You can also incorporate visual dividers and folders to make your page easy to navigate.
By clicking the “Design” tab, you can update the look and feel of your page. Click on “Pick a theme” to access a wide range of themes to suit any personality or purpose. Once you’ve selected a theme, click on “Profile Picture to upload a headshot of yourself. Then, be sure to fill in the Profile Bio and “Profile Name” before you click “Save.”
Now, navigate to the “Settings” tab in the blue navigation bar. Within the Settings tab, you can update your username, add your Mailchimp API and Facebook Pixel, and connect your Instagram account.
Your Liinks page is complete and ready to publish. The final task in your checklist is “activate your page” - click this tab to make your page public.
